3-COPYING RESTRICTIONS:

The software covered by this licence has a built-in copy protection mechanism. Therefore, the customer may only make backup copies of their data and of the unactivated version.

4-LIABILITY POLICY:

STRICHCODE.NET guarantees the proper functioning of this software. However, it does not guarantee that the software will function without interruption, nor that its performance will meet the customer's expectations. If the software contains any errors, STRICHCODE.NET undertakes to correct them as soon as possible. STRICHCODE.NET shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including any loss of data that may occur during or in connection with the use of the software. STRICHCODE.NET's maximum liability shall be limited to refunding the amount paid for the purchase of the licence or replacing the software. In any case, the liability resulting from the supply of this software shall not exceed the sale value.
